New screen and Death anim!

Added a new screen, removed the old placeholder enemy (actually, my sister thought it was cute and guilted me into not deleting it so I've just removed all of it's code).

new screen has spikes on the bottom with some decently annoying parkour.

death anim is heavily inspired by celeste
